Key Principles
These terms ensure our partnerships remain ethical and mutually beneficial:
- We never expose gated discount codes without permission
- All promotions align with your brand’s official terms
- Either party may pause collaborations with 7 days’ notice
1. Discount Requirements

- First-order discounts (min. 10% off)
- Public or gated (email signup required)
- Nationwide availability
❌ Prohibited Offers
- Employee/friends & family codes
- Region-locked discounts
- One-time use VIP offers
2. Brand Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide current discount terms and expiry dates
- Timely Updates: Notify us within 48 hours of changes
- Compliance: Honor all discounts promoted through our platform
3. Our Commitments

We protect your margins by teaching shoppers how to legitimately access discounts—never exposing gated codes unless explicitly permitted.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice. We will:
- Remove all discount promotions within 24 hours
- Provide final conversion reports
- Delete any confidential information
